Description:

Duties for this role include:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all Engineering Systems used within the Glasgow facility.
- Engineering Systems covers but is not limited to 2D & 3D CAD, FEA and CFD analysis,
- PDM & Engineering based Document Management Systems and bespoke Technical Applications.
- Preparation of documentation for CAD and PDM system procedures and company standards.
- Preparation and presentation of training material in Engineering systems usage.
- Liaise as required with Suppliers and Engineers.
- Point of contact for Engineering System issues or problems arising with responsibility for timely resolution of said issues
Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Experience in administration of 2D & 3D CAD systems. SolidWorks preferred.
- Experience in the configuration and maintenance of PDM solutions.
- SolidWorks Enterprise PDM preferred.
- Ability to interpret and write code, Visual Basic 6, VB.Net preferred.
- Practical knowledge of SAP DMS.
- Detailed Knowledge of pump products & processing requirements.
- Problem solving skills.
- Team focus but be able to work independently; self motivated.
